Better your diet and if possible take supplements, to cover up your deficiency of vitamins and minerals. Healthy diet also helps you to improve your memory. You should eat fruits, vegetables and meat. Diet that contains especially B-6, B-12 Vitamin and Folic Acid is also helpful for you.

Whole grains proves to be very helpful for the proper functioning of brain as it supplies energy. This increases the ability of concentration and attention.

Oily fishes in your diet also helps you in improving your memory. As most of the fatty acids can be obtained while using in the diet.
