There are some people which have combination skin. Combination skin means you have oily skin in some areas and dry skin in other. It’s very difficult to treat this type of skin. You have dry cheeks and oily t-zone (forehead, nose and chin). So finding the daily treatment is quit difficult. There are variety of factors which causes combination skin like inherited from your parents, using products that contains harsh ingredients. Products that are helpful for dry and flaky skin effect the oily part and formulas that are effective for oily skin effect the dry part. We have to treat the dry and oily part separately. Apply emollient rich products, serum or moisturizer on the dry portion and oil absorbing products on oily portion of the skin. When and where to layer products is the big treatment of combination skin. Don’t use harsh and irritating products. Use water soluble cleanser like Cetaphil Skin Cleaner which effectively remove pollutants and makeup. For a T zone used Clarisonic cleaning brush. Apply a non-irritating toner which help in nourish dry skin. The toner contains the antioxidants ingredients which help in fresh skin. Apply a nonabrasive BHA exfoliant which is helpful in lessen oily skin, unclogs pores and smooth the rough skin. Protect  your skin from the direct exposure of sun and used sunscreen when go outside. Apply moisturizer gently which contain salicylic acid and silica like Vichy Normaderm Daily Anti-Acne Hydrating Lotion. I recommend you to use containing retinol, alpha hydroxy acid, or beta hydroxy acid, which help keep pores on nose from being visible. Use moisturizer mask on dry parts and oil absorbing clay on oily T-zone. You should be cautious of about your diet as well. Eat healthful food and avoid from junky, oily and fast food. Take intake of water properly and keep your skin of face fresh, glowing and clean. The regular intake keeps you from the dry and oily skin.
