Drinking water through out the day keeps your body active. Water helps in digestion of food and also regulates the proper functioning of many organs. If you have low water intake then your organs don't working properly. You are feeling like a tired person. 
This is better than to use high-calorie drinks like milk, tea and juices. If you don’t like to drink water then try flavored water. Drinks that contains artificial sweetener and high calories should be avoided. Drinking water before your meal also helps you in weight lose because you eat less food. 
If you are serious to lose your weight by drinking water, you should have to intake minimum 8 ounces of water per day. General rule is that you should have to drink minimum half of the weight of your body. Means if your weight is 100 kg, then you should have to drink 50 ounces of water per day. 
Drinking water before, during and after meal helps you in digestion and breaks the food and absorb its nutrients. It helps you in weight loss and maintain your weight. Drinking water fills you up and keep you from overeating. If you take less water you will be suffer from dehydration. It slows down the metabolism and your body cannot properly perform functions.
