Nails are also part of our body. We should also take care of them. There is no need to go to saloons for expensive tips. Don’t waste your money on expensive treatments like manicure and polishes. You can practice at home at a much cheaper and effective way. The first and the most important thing is to keep your nail clean. After taving a food there are food particles which are stick inside the nails and gives growth to bacteria which are harmful for our nails and health. So make the habit of hand wash.This is very important thing for their natural look. This also keeps your nail healthy and beautiful. First I am going to tell you the natural tips to beautify our nails. Make a mixture of 2 tsp castor oil+2 tsp salt+1 tsp wheat germ oil. Apply this mixture on your nails for 5 minutes and see the results. This is really effective treatment. You must try this. 

Use moisturizer as dry nails looks dull and weak. Regular wash of hands also dry your skin and nails. There are many moisturizer you can use. You can use coconut oil and almond oil as a moisturizer. Use acetone free nail polish removers as it also prevents dryness. Another treatment is dip your nails in the olive oil for few minutes and wipe off with cotton and then wash your hands. Another home base treatment is use olive oil, milk cream and acetone free nail polish removers to keep your nails clean, well groomed and healthy. Massage your nails regularly with milk cream also prevent nails from dryness. Use different methods like trimming, filing and buffing to shape your nails. Take care of your cuticles and don’t trimmed them during a manicure. If you are interested in nail art, use polish of some special brands like OPI, ORLY and REVLON. 

Aoid using harsh polish which consist of different kinds of chemicals like toluene, dibutyl phthalate, dimethyl and diethyl phthalates, camphor and formaldehyde. Buffing your nails also enhances the beauty instead of colour them. 

You should also be cautious of your diet

Take enough water as it prevents your nails from dryness. Take a healthful diet which contain protein, vitamins A, Calcium, Vitamin C, Zinc and Fatty acids. All these keeps your nail healthy, strong and beautiful.
