We are suffering from heat stroke when the body temperature increases to 40`C. The symptoms of heat exhaustion is nausea, weakness, headache, fatigue, vomiting, muscle cramps and dizziness. In order to protect from heat exhaustion use cool, shady places. You can easily become the victim of heat exhaustion when you have diabetes, kidney, heart and overweight problem. Do not live in a closed room which have no ventilation system. The free air flow prevents you from sun stroke. Drink plenty of water and juices. Avoid drinking alcoholic or caffeinated drinks because they causes dehydration. Used fluids containing sugar and salt. The drinks maintain your body electrolyte level. Wear light and loose clothes such as cotton or linen. Do not wear too much clothes as it increases your body temperature. Used different medical care to maintain your body temperature. Take a cool shower. Used cool water and wet towel to regulate the temperature of head, neck and other parts of our body.
