Today the most important problem which the people have is the hairfall. The proper and regular care is required to solve this problem. You know that long, thick, strong and silky hairs increases our beauty. So we have to be cautious about hair falling and used different tips. There are many Hair loss reasons. Hair loss are due to many factors like age factor, genetic factor, scalp infection, stresses, excessive smoking, nutritional factors, chemical hair products. Another important question arises which is how much hair loss is normal.  American Academy of dermatologist assumes that 50 to 100 strands of hairs per day is normal. There are many useful method to solve the problem of hair falling. We here only discuss the most effective treatments of hair falling. Now I am going to mention the ingredients which are used to prevent the hair fall. Use hair oil massage as it increases blood flow to the hair follicles and strong your hair. Massage can be done with the coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, castor oil, amla oil.Use coconut oil as it is the source of fats, minerals, proteins, potassium and iron. Geranium Oil Massage is also good for both dry and oily hair as it is useful in making them smooth and silky. Use onion juice as it contain sulphur,  which inreases the collagen production which helps in hair growth. It has antibacterial properties which help in killing germs and treat scalp infections. Use of garlic also helpful as it also contains sulphur. Henna is also used to strengthen the hairs and it is the natural hair colour. Amla or indian gooseberry is the blessing as it contain vitamin C. It is the good antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. It contains enzymes which eradicate the dead cells and maintain the pH of our hairs. Use egg as it is the source of many important nutrients like sulphur, protein, iodine, zinc and  phosphorus which increases our hair growth. The mixture of Egg and curd can be used which also prevents the hair loss. Fenugreek (methi) is also useful in hair falling as it has proteins and nicotinic acid for hair growth. Aloe Vera is also used in the proper growth of hair as it maintains the pH and prevent from redness and inflammation of scalp. We should also be cautious of our diet. We should avoid eating junky foods. The food which contains zinc prevents hair loss and give strength to hairs. We should also used protein and iron enriched foods. Iron transport the oxygen which leads to hair growth. Use food which contains vitamin A and C. Stress is also the main cause of hair fall. So we should minimize our stresses so that our hairs properly growth. We should take exercise regularly so to keep fresh and active. Take a deep breath to feel free from stresses. Take care of your hairs regularly so as to keep attractive look. Use green tea as it increases metabolism and growth rate of hairs. Neem leaves is also an effective herb which is helpful for hair loss.
