your neck and body is in straight position. Yogurt can also be helpful
in removing wrinkles. Make a mixture of 1 tsp of yogurt+ 1 tsp of honey + ½ tsp
of orange juice
+ ½ Banana. Apply this mixture for half
an hour and then see the results. It will be helpful if you apply it regularly.
Another tip is to apply Lemon juice mixed with honey over the
face and wash with water. Here I also mention the natural treatment which is a
moisturizer and helpful in taking wrinkle free skin. Take two tsp of Aloe Vera Gel+
few drops of rose+ lavender oil+ cocoa butter. Warmed up all the ingredients
and pour one by one. A creamy substance obtained and store in a cool place. Use
this cream regularly and see the difference. Avoid from taking stresses,
tensions and depressions as these are also the main reason of wrinkles and dark
circles. You can use make up to reduce the appearance of wrinkles which is not
a permanent treatment. You should also be cautious of your diet. Diet
should contain antioxidants particles of food. Sea food, walnuts, eggs,
sardines may be helpful in this regard. The fruits are the source of vitamin A
and vitamin D. The fruits like watermelon, pineapple, cucumber , avocado and
papaya also helps in reducing your wrinkles. Avoid taking foods which contain
sugar. Take enough vitamin k. Egg white portion is the natural ingredient
